Custom window systems has always delivered a robust product with a higher quality of glass than we can get from some of the other manufacturers in Florida. Having the exterior color in the extrusion is a much better process than some of the other people using paint which has a tendency not to be consistent or more difficult to install. Their warranty on the impact glass is double what most of the factories offer. If we run into a complication on an installation, the support team from the factory has helped us clear us the problem and also showed us ways of avoiding those mistakes in the future. Their French door system has the best design pressures in the industry and can you go up to two panels eight feet wide 8 feet tall. In the last two years, it's the only company that will give us an ETA that's actually accurate.

Custom Window Systems has been a very important partner for us for over 20 years. Recently, they have really been focused on delivery of their products with very few backorders. If they have to make an additional delivery, it is usually on the next truck. While some other manufacturers are adding to their lead times, Custom Window Systems has been able to decrease their lead time with production efficiencies. It is evident to me that their quality control team is looking over materials before they are shipped. The inside sales/customer service team led by Helen has always been very responsive to any request. Our Sales Rep, Michael, is very quick to respond to an email or phone call. He is very knowledgeable with not only their products, but those of other companies in the industry. I continue to value our partnership.
